SWAN VALLEY

The Swan Valley is the oldest wine growing region in Western Australia, it is named after the Swan River.

The two largest towns in the Swan Valley are:

  • Guilford, know as the Gateway to the Swan Valley, with quaint colonial buildings feels like the town that time forgot.

  • Midland the larger of the two towns was founded in the 1890’s and is in the heart of the Swan Region. If you are on a budget Midland is a great place to stay. It has a rail link with Perth and an ethnic mix evident in its wide range of commercial business enterprises.

If you are looking to buy a block of land to build your new home on then look no further than Ellenbrook and The Vale both up and coming new developments.
