NORTH OF PERTH SUBURB PADURY
This Perth suburb Padbury is named after Walter Padbury (1820-1907), pastoralist, merchant and philanthropist.
Padbury, a prominent Perth citizen, was the first landholder in the area. The suburb was named in 1971.

The Perth Suburb of Padbury is in the City of Joondalup and is located approximately 18Km North of Perth CBD. Padbury is situated to the West of the Mitchell Freeway and West of the Marmion Ave.
Neighbouring Suburbs are Hillarys to the West, Kingsley to the East Duncraig to the South and Craigie to the North. Hillarys Boat Harbour is just a short drive away
Residential development
Residential development began in Padbury in TBA. A slightly older suburb than those surrounding it you will still see overhead telephone lines.
Block sizes are typicaly larger with many duplexe and triplex properties now evident from where the larger blocks have been sub-divided.

Significant Landmarks
Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park is both peaceful and beautiful place for remembrance. As you wander through the gardens you can appreciate the contrast between the natural bushland and open lawn areas.
Pinnaroo is also a lovely parkland for public enjoyment, perfect for picnics.
