The Perth suburb of Duncraig suburb it is of Scottish origin was first used in the area as a promotional name.
LOCATION
The Perth Suburb of Duncraig is in the City of Joondalup and is located 18Km North of Perth CBD. Duncraig is situated to the West of the Mitchell Freeway and East of Marmion Ave. Neighbouring Suburbs are Sorrento to the West, Greenwood to the East Carine to the South and Padbury to the North.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Duncraig was first established in the late 1970’s and is a large suburb divided by
Warwick Road. House prices in the southern half of the suburb tend to be substantially higher than in the north.
Carine Glades is an exclsive estate with many two storey mansions valued at $2 million and above. It can be found in the south side of Duncraig suburb situated close to the Carine Lake.

The Carine Lake and Carine Regional Open Space is nearby.

Duncraig is a well situated suburb with very good shopping facilities.
Duncraig is close to Warwick train station and the freeway where a journey into Perth will take you 10-15 mins.
The Ocean is a 10 min drive down the road where you walk along Sorrento Beach, go for a snorkle at Watermans Bay or even enjoy the facilities of Hillarys Boat Harbour.
