Can anybody tell me what type of spider this is???

I live in Phoenix, Arizona (USA) and I’ve seen TWO of these spiders in a 12 hour period! I don’t know what it is as I’ve never seen anything like it! Can someone please help me figure this out and possibly show me other pictures that the spider looks similar? Thank you so much!!!
